Rescheduling policy: Rescheduling is easy! If a customer would like to reschedule their class, please contact us via phone call, text or email 24 hours prior to your class to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your class, please let us know 24 hours prior to your class to receive a full refund. Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will be charged 50% of the service cost. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late to their CPR class will be considered a “no-show” and will forfeit their registration payment
